Drum Circles

Drum circles are an exciting and low-risk way to create community through the power of rhythm.  Sharing the beat in a circle, whether you are a beginner or an experienced drummer, allows you to relax into the music, find your own voice and help build the group song.  Every time is new and exciting, depending on the contributions of each person.

Many groups use this activity for team building as it is a fun way to connect with others and exemplifies the best of creative collaboration.  Rhythms are taught in an easy to learn format, and soon everyone is contributing at their best because it is so enjoyable!  The results show up in many ways in the workplace as respect for the richness of diverse abilities leads to innovation and resourceful problem solving.

Small and large groups benefit from gathering to create music together, whether for increasing productive interaction, or simply to have fun.

Prices for group/corporate drum circles vary depending on the size and needs of the group.  All instruments and facilitation are provided.  Please contact Sheila to discuss your needs.
